Safe YogaDarcy combines 20 plus years experience as a physical therapist with 18 years of yoga practice and study to create a safe, fun, and therapeutic yoga experience. Whether you have your sights set on starting a yoga program or getting back into a yoga practice after an injury, Darcy is dedicated to get you there. Classes are currently offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays in a small, private part of our physical therapy clinic from 12:00-1:00pm and cost $19 per session which is an incredible deal considering Darcy's physical therapy and yoga expertise as well as the amount of one on one attention each participant receives.

Pace West Physical Therapy has the yoga for you! Here at Pace West we offer one on one yoga sessions as well as small yoga classes weekly. Our instructor, Darcy Pace MS, P.T., is a rare find. Darcy combines 25 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist with 18 years of yoga practice and study to create a safe, fun, and therapeutic yoga experience. She has a passion for helping people find and love their yoga practice. What to expect: If you are new to yoga she will help you move through a basic sequence of poses that are right for your body and your limitations. If you are an experienced practitioner of yoga and have limitations that keep you from your practice, Darcy will help you understand which poses to avoid and how to increase the safety of the poses you are able to do. Come join a fun, safe, no pressure yoga session or class with an experienced teacher who understands the biomechanics of the body.
Private Lesson: Your physical therapist may recommend a private session with Darcy so that she can help you learn how your body and yoga fit together. She will help design the right program for you, help you find the right yoga teachers and classes in town, or suggest you join her Thursday classes at Pace West. Love your yoga!
