The clinic is beyond happy for her and overjoyed to see her progress. Nancy is gaining strength and getting back to her normal routine! Nancy is so appreciate of the support she has received from the clinic's staff, Pace West P.T. associates, and clients of our practice. During this time, she volunteered in nursing facilities, sports rehab clinics, and at-home health with special needs children. Here's Why We Stand Up for What We Believe In! Here's Why We Stand Up for What We Believe In!

In the PW P.T. clinic our staff believes in working at stand up desks to promote spinal health. Our reception work space gives us the option to have both sit down and stand capabilities thanks to the Varidesk! We switched to the Varidesk pro around one year ago and recommend it to all our patients. Heres why! A majority of workers using average office desks experience health problems. These problems are correlated with poor posture and lack of support. We encourage the stand up Varidesk so patients learn to use their own body's strength for support while working. For example, rather than slouching in a chair, try tightening your abdominal muscles to stand upright.
